These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of vibeandahalf.com and purchases made from VIBE & A HALF (“VIBE & A HALF,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Online Store Terms

You may use our website and services only for lawful purposes. You may not use our products, website, or services in a way that violates applicable law, infringes the rights of others, interferes with the security or operation of the store, or attempts to gain unauthorized access to our systems or accounts.

Products & Availability

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, artwork, details, measurements, and images accurately. Actual appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, garment manufacturing, printing, embroidery, and normal production variation.

Many VIBE & A HALF products are made to order through third-party fulfillment providers. Minor variations that are normal to the applicable printing or embroidery process are not considered defects.

Products, colors, sizes, designs, and other variants may be modified, discontinued, or become unavailable without notice.

Pricing, Taxes & Promotions

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated and may change without notice.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout when required.

Discounts and promotional offers may be subject to minimum purchase requirements, expiration dates, product exclusions, usage limits, or restrictions on combining offers. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing or promotional errors before fulfillment.

Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or refuse an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, product unavailability, pricing errors, or violations of these Terms.

If we cancel a paid order before fulfillment, the applicable payment will be refunded.

Because many products are made to order, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production begins.

Payments

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information when placing an order.

Payments are processed through Shopify and supported third-party payment providers. Your use of those payment services may also be subject to the applicable provider's terms and privacy practices.

Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy.

Returns, refunds, exchanges, and damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect products are governed by our Refund Policy.

Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the VIBE & A HALF name, logos, artwork, graphics, designs, photographs, product imagery, text, website content, and other brand materials are owned by or licensed to VIBE & A HALF and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially use our content without prior written permission.

Our store may use or link to third-party websites, payment providers, fulfillment providers, carriers, platforms, or other services that we do not control.

We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
